Heintzman pianos uphold a long tradition of excellence which began in Toronto in 1860 when Theodore Augustus Heintzman started his piano factory. Heintzman built the finest Canadian pianos up until 1986 when they ceased business.
The Heintzman factory equipment was purchased and shipped to China. Today, these fine pianos are again being made with the familiar Heintzman name by the China Beijing Heintzman Piano Company Ltd.
